Conditions under which purchases can be returned or exchanged:

 1. Time Frame: Items must typically be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, including tags and labels, if applicable. 

 3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Customers need to provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

 4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as any special order ,customs pieces , personalized pieces, sales and Clearance items.

 5. Refund Method: Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange for another item at our discretion.

 6. Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs as they relate to any returned or exchanged merchandise. Includes but not limited to shipping into Barbados and outside Barbados, along with any duties and taxes. 

 7. Special Conditions: Returns or exchanges may be subject to additional conditions specific to certain products or promotions at our discretion.
